The Baileigh Industrial SR-3622M manual slip roll, just like out other roll forming equipment, is built to last.  This 36 inch, 22 gauge mild steel slip roll will be a mainstay in any shop for many years.  The frame work is made from plate steel that has been machined to exacting tolerances to ensure perfect alignment, even at full capacity.

The SR-3622M slip roller machine will roll arches, cylinders and cones out of sheet metal with a minimum forming diameter of 3 inches. It also has 3 wire grooves that allow for rolling of rod or wire.  A convenient lever system helps move the top roll out of the way when removing the finished product.

The SR-5016M slip roll has a forming width of 50 inch with a capacity of 16 gauge mild steel. This is a three roll machine with two driven rolls that are made of polished carbon steel offering years of reliable service. This is the perfect sheet metal tool to have in any HVAC shop or general fabrication shop when sheet metal forming is required. The frame is composed of two heavy solid steel frames that are electro-welded to a heavy base that allows for no deflection when bending across the entire useful width at full capacity (16 gauge mild steel sheet metal). This highly rigid construction will provide precision roll bending for many decades of production. This sheet metal roller comes standard with three wire or rod grooves. For rolling sheet metal simply place the unbent piece into the bender and bring the back roll up to the desired position, then start your bend.
