The BS-712MS is one of the most versatile horizontal bandsaws on the market.  The design is based off of the BS-712M, but add a heavy duty cast iron swivel head to do its mitering instead of the vise.  This feature allows for faster production times and less waste.   The BS-712MS horizontal bandsaw is powered by 110 volts, allowing it to be used just about anywhere.  It also features wheels to make it portable. 

Like the BS-712M, the BS-712MS can be run in the traditional horizontal position for general cut offs or in a vertical position, by just lifting the bow and locking it in place, for doing precise shape cutting.  This is extremely important when space is at a premium in a shop, basically you are getting two saws for the price of one. The BS-250M horizontal band saw from Baileigh Industrial is a great saw for any fabrication shops that cut a variety of material and profiles.  The BS-250M is a inverter driven variable speed band saw that allows the operator to precisely adjust the speed for the proper blade and material, increasing the life of the blade and decreasing expensive blade costs.  The inverter drives a 3 hp motor through a gearbox so there are no pulleys to adjust or belts to break.

Gear Driven Band Saw BS-260M

Over the years the BS-260M dual mitering band saw has gone through a number of changes.  Once again we have improved it and made it even better.  Gone is the day of the DC driver board to adjust the blade speed, now the BS-260M has an AC inverter for even better control and reliability, the best part is that it still is powered by only 220V single phase so it can be used just about anywhere.

The gear driven BS-260M is a 9 inch Band Saw is the perfect saw for cutting at 90 degrees or miter angles. This saw has a dual angle head capable of cutting 0-60 degrees (R) and 0-45 (L), making it one of the most versatile saws on the market. Quick releases head lock allows the operator to change the miter angle in seconds.

The BS-260M band saw is made form only the best materials for long production life.  The saw bow and pivot is made from solid cast iron to ensure the straightest of cuts with little to no vibration.  A total of eight precision ball bearings are provided to keep the blade in line as well.  The BS-260M also has a powerful coolant system and a broken blade tensioning device that shuts down the machine if the blade breaks for safety.
