Accessories - Clamping Systems

Original Saws Pneumatic clamping systems allow for a variety of clamping applications. The below listed items consist of cylinders clamping the material back against the fence or over center cylinders clamping the material against the table top, or a combination of both. The front firing cylinders are mounted on adjustable slide carriages with locking handle to adjust to any material width. The over center clamps are mounted behind the fence and when not clamped are fully behind the fence to allow for clear loading and unloading of the machine.

Original Saw Company has furthered its clamping systems with the 900500-02 over arm clamping system. This system is for clamping many smaller components at one time. The components of this system include 2 rear firing cylinders that line up the material with the fence and the over arm clamp that pulls down to clamp the material down on either side of the blade. The over arm clamp is adjustable up and down to allow different sized material to be clamped and cut.

Accessories: S-series Measuring Systems

Our new manual measuring systems are manufactured to stand up to the rigors of industrial use and heavy material.  The System consists of a heavy extruded aluminum rail, easy to read black on white background measuring indications.  The locking sliding unit consists of a machined aluminum base, formed and powder coated steel formed mounting angle, precision machines steel locking t-nut.  This sliding unit glides effortlessly on low friction wear pads, making the stop easy to use and easier to accurately position because of the smooth motion.  Fine adjustments are made with the front extruded bar that can be ordered in longer sections to customize the fit for the application.  Kit includes aluminum rail, measuring tape, locking sliding unit, mounting hardware (for OSC roller tables), instructions.

Accessories - Roller Tables

These tables are available with rollers set on 12 inch centers or 6 inch centers for smaller material as well as UHMW coated rollers for your material that needs a non-metallic surface to roll over. Such as with all the S Series accessories the roller tables integrate with the measuring systems to make a complete material handling solution. The newly redesigned legs are now wider and easier to adjust to the required height. of your application. Each kit contains: 8 foot roller table frame with bolt in brackets, 8 or 15 rollers, 1 adjustable leg kit, and mounting bracket. The kit breaks down into a UPS or Fed Ex sized package for easy shipping
