The HB-12014 sheet metal brake from Baileigh Industrial is as heavy duty a straight brake as you can buy. The fully welded construction of the
HB-12014 makes this sheet metal brake strong enough to bend 14 gauge mild steel sheet metal over its whole length of 120 inch to a maximum of 135 degree.
Like all Baileigh industrial sheet metal brakes the HB-12014 is made using only the best materials. The perfectly machined bending leaf pivots ride in
precision bushings that allow for better bend tolerances and less operator fatigue. The bending apron of the HB-12014 also has two massive counter weights to help with bending at maximum
capacity. The one piece bending blade of the HB-12014 has been perfectly machines to achieve the tightest bend radiuses available. The HB-12014 sheet metal brake also has a
depth adjustment for the top beam for different material thickness. A stop rod is included for repeatability.
