Baileigh Industrial has long been a leading supplier of metal fabricating machines as well as metal cutting machinery and one of the machines that go us started was the SH-5210 hydraulic sheet metal shear.  This high quality shear has a maximum capacity of 10 gauge mild steel at its full 52 inch cutting width.  The best part about the SH-5210 is that is operates on 220 volt single phase power, making it perfect for just about any shop.

The SH-5210 hydraulic sheet metal shear has a fully welded rigid frame allowing it to shear metal at full capacity and produces no deflection in the frame or shearing areas, meaning perfect shears every time.  The SH-5210 also comes standard with high carbon chromium blades that can be flipped and resharpeded periodically saving the fabricator a lot of money over the life of the machine.

The SH-5210 a simple design that allows for ease of operation, the operator has the controls to jog the upper carriage, produce one cut with one foot pedal push, or remain in an auto mode by holding the foot pedal down. Hold downs clamp the material to the in feed table so the material doesn't lift when being sheared.

At a blistering 30 strokes a minute for 14 gauge mild steel the SH-6014 will save you time and money on your next metal shearing project. The SH-6014 metal shear uses 60 inch blades that can cut down to 14 gauge mild steel or 18 gauge stainless steel easily.

This machine is made of fully integrated and welded steel plate allowing enough rigidity to shear at full capacity all day long. Powered by a 3hp 220 volt three phase motor, the industrial hydraulics pull the top blade smoothly through the material being cut increasing blade life.  This metal shears top and bottom shearing blades have multiple cutting edges that extend blade life. The SH-6014 also has a hold down carriage with 9 fingers hold the sheet metal firmly against the in feed table eliminating any lifting of material as it is cut, again this improves blade life.

The SH-6014 hydraulic metal shear has a manual back gauge as well as front support arms to help the operator handle the sheet metal and provide for repeatable shearing. The operator control panel has a switch that allows the fabricator to jog the blade, do one cycle or cut, or go into an automatic mode that is initiated by the foot pedal control.

The SH-8014 hydraulic shear from Baileigh industrial is a great shear for those fabrication shops that mainly work with smaller gauge sheet metal.  The SH-8014 metal shear from Baileigh Industrial has an 80 inch cutting width and can shear up to 14 gauge mild steel. The table of the SH-8014 hydraulic shear is made from ground and polished steel plate allowing enough rigidity to shear at full capacity over and over again. The SH-8014 hydraulic shear can also cut through 18 gauge stainless steel.

Operating on 220 volt three phase power, the industrial grade hydraulics pull the top shearing head with top blade smoothly through the material being cut increasing blade life. The SH-8014 shear has top and bottom blades have multiple cutting edges that extends blade life.
