The RDB-250 tube and pipe bender from Baileigh Industrial is a great addition to any fabrication shop. Powered by 220 volt single phase power, The RDB-250 tube and pipe bender has enough power to bend up to 2-1/2 inch tubing and 2 inch Schedule 40 pipe, making it extremely useful for any chassis or handrail application. Another nice feature of the RDB-250 is that it can bend to 180 degree in at a blistering speed of 9 seconds and can be programmed to bend up to 360 degrees in both left and right directions, great for solid rod applications when teamed up with a universal bend plate.

The RDB-250 makes quick work of complex serpentine bends because of its unique quick release counter die mount and easy to use touch screen controller. The controller on the RDB-250 features an internal memory that can hold 170 programs with 10 bends per program. It also accepts a memory card for unlimited program storage. The RDB-250 can also be used in manual mode for those one off prototypes for witch setting a program is not nessesary. The RDB-250 has a foot pedal control for even more versatility.

Another nice feature of the RDB-250 is that it accepts an index table. An index table is important for keeping a section of bends during a program on the correct plane to achieve the most accurate finished product possible.

Touch Screen Programmer

If you ever wanted to upgrade your RDB-250 tube bender or your RDB-325 pipe bender to the continence of a touch screen, now you can. The RDB-XLT for Baileigh Industrial's computer programmable tube and pipe benders is now here.

The RDB-XLT has all the same features as the stock programmer, but in an easier to see and use configuration. This new controller is Ã¢â¬Åplug and play", just replace the plugs from your old controller and replace them into the same slots on the new RDB-XLT, home the machine and your ready to bend all day.
