S-45T Shaper

The Laguna S|45T Industrial Shaper was designed to be a heavy duty industrial workhorse for commercial applications. Weighing in at over 1000 lbs. it provides an exceptional value for any pro shop. The combination of dynamic electronically balanced spindle with robust solid castings makes the S45T run extremely smooth with absolute minimum vibration.

The versatile 45 deg backward and 10 deg forward tilting spindle makes using a feeder much easier and keeps the cutting action close to the cast table rather than shaping from the top. Oversized cast table pre-drilled to accept most feeders and featuring sliding table with tenoning as standard. Complete with table and hold down clamp. The sliding table has a full 30 inch stroke from miter fence to center of spindle. Miter gauge adjusts +/- 45 deg The interchangeable spindle comes standard as 1-1/4 inch, but other sizes including router collets are available. The fence is made from heavy cast iron and easily adjusts w micro-adjusters for both in/out feed. LED lights display the desired RPM. The S45T is available in both 1 phase and 3 phase. Other voltages also available upon request.

Raised Panel Master 5

Laguna is proud to introduce our latest Industrial Series machine, the Raised Panel Master 5. This machine is designed to allow a single operator to produce a complete cabinet door in less than 2 minutes. The single-piece welded steel frame provides the ultimate support for chatter-free work.

The heart of the machine is a shaper spindle which holds all five cutters needed to produce a door. The spindle is powered by a 10 HP motor for smooth cuts and is quickly positioned from the front of the machine with a dial. The turret system insures complete accuracy without test cuts and the pneumatically controlled spindle height is quickly set. The 2 axis sliding table rides on linear bearings in all directions and includes a pneumatic hold-down clamp for quick setup. The pneumatic EZ fence quickly positions stock for the next cut. A large diameter tracer bearing provides perfect control for straight and curved template following.
