QUALITY Design Features

Each LECTROTRUCK has been carefully tested and approved by our assembly staff. Design improvements have been made to the drive nut and bearing housing system to give you optimal performance of your stair climber. Other features you may want to consider are listed below.

Electromagnetic Braking System

When climbing stairs, the system prevents the worm gear from spinning and prevents your load running away from you.

Limit switches

These limit switches prevent the machine operator from expanding the machine too far apart or compacting it too close together. The upper limit switch prevents damage to the bearings in the housing and the drive nut. The lower limit switch prevents damaging the top of the motor box and the electromagnectic brake.

Overloading Circuit Breaker

The overloading circuit breaker prevents power surges from the battery and potential wiring malfunctions. It also protects the electrical system.

Preferred for Moving: Commercial Deliveries

The LTA6512E is our most popular preferred aluminum model for moving commercial loads and has a 1500 lb/680kg weight lift capacity. This model also features a user a built-in leverage bar and is the only one with a built-in steel tripod for maximum leverage. Two clips located on the sides of this user friendly detachable battery pack quickly release, so you can remove the entire battery pack without removing your load from the LECTRO-TRUCK. The battery pack also has a on-board battery charger, so all you need to do is bring the power cord to your battery pack. The extension handle is 10in long and has four different settings to obtain better leverage when using your LECTRO-TRUCK. Adjustable strap bars can easily be attached, moved and detached without the use of any tools. Each unit includes two strap bars and a battery charger.

One clip located on the top of the battery pack quickly releases, so you can remove the entire battery pack without removing your load from the LECTRO-TRUCK. The extension handle is 10 inch long and has four different settings to obtain better leverage when using your LECTRO-TRUCK. The adjustable strap bar can easily be attached, moved and detached without the use of any tools. Each unit includes one strap bar and a free standing battery charger.

The 1268E is one of two preferred steel models used for large safes and boilers. It also has a 1500 lb. /680kg weight lift capacity and the same battery charging system as the 1260E Model. The 1268E is 8 inch taller, so you have more leverage when using the LECTROTRUCK. A female charging plug, located in the side of the battery box allows you to connect to a male plug on the battery charger. You can also connect directly to the terminals on the battery with alligator clips to charge the battery. Adjustable strap bars can easily be attached, moved and detached without the use of any tools. Each unit includes two flat strap bars and a battery charger.

The 1260E is also one of two steel models preferred for moving gun safes and boilers replacing the earliest 60HD models. With a 1500 lb. /680kg weight lift capacity, it is constructed from steel, and is affectionately known in the industry as âOld Orange". It has a shorter height for residential deliveries and is easier to maneuver around and into tight spaces. A female charging plug, located in the side of the battery box allows you to connect to a male plug on the battery charger. LS2000-Lectro-Stack Steel Construction

The battery operated LS2000 LECTRO-STACK has the capacity of 750 lbs/326kg and can be used an attachment to the LECTROTRUCK to climb steps with a short, heavy load. an independent small forklift to fit into tight warehouse spaces or placing loads on pick-ups vans and semi-trailers. It also allows the user to balance the weight properly by raising or lowering the load. The LECTRO-STACK is also available with 15" x 6" pneumatic all terrain wheels.

The Heavy-Duty Tripod (A) attaches to the LECTROTRUCK and the Hook Bar (B) to move loads over smooth surfaces. (Steel Models Only.)	The Balance Box Kit makes short, heavy loads taller by shimming it up with the balance box. It really makes the tough loads easy to manipulate.
