Metalpro Ironworkers

The MP4000 is a 40-ton Ironworker, powered by a 110V, single phase standard wall outlet or generator. Its compact, sturdy design boasts 40 tons of pressure at the punch station and 20 tons of pressure at the central workstation. This allows the user to punch a 3/4 inch round hole through 1/2 inch mild steel (capable of larger holes through thinner mild steel).  METALpro’s footswitch design controls a hydraulic power system.

This machine comes standard equipped with METALpro’s punch station, ready to accept any size punch and die set or accessory to fit your needs. With an open central workstation this gives users the options to pick between any one of METALpro’s 3 in 1 shears (6-inch, 8-inch, 12-inch) or brakes (8 inch or 12 inch). METALpro stands behind their machines with a three-year limited manufacturing warranty. All METALpro machines and accessories are proudly made in the USA and built to last.

This machine comes standard equipped with METALpro’s 12 inch, 3 in 1 combination shear. The shear consists of a flat bar shear, angle iron shear and round/square rod shear, built into one singular unit. The MP4500XP (Xtreme Production) is a 45-ton ironworker that comes fully loaded with power and attachments, built to handle production and high out-put speeds. It is powered by a foot switch controlled 1.5HP Baldor motor, spinning an American engineered 2 stage, high performance gear pump. The motor/pump runs on 110V single phase power producing 24 strokes per minute and allows for users to punch, shear or brake up to 1/2″ material. This ironworker comes equipped with 13 attachments (listed below) giving users all the tools needed to hit the ground running. The MP4500XP is loaded with capabilities, and it’s matte black color with orange accents are, sleek, bold and just plain badass.
